About Our Founder
Our founder, Isaiah Sfagi, may be young, but what he lacks in age he more than makes up for in experience, insight, and vision. He set out to create a safe, supportive space where models can learn, develop, and begin booking real opportunities without unnecessary fluff or empty promises. His mission has always been to ensure that every model and actor is seen as a person with potential — not a number, not a placeholder.
Isaiah’s own career reflects the standard he sets for the agency. He has walked runways from Los Angeles to Milan, earned a nomination for New Male Model of the Year, and appeared on a magazine cover by the age of twenty. Through these achievements, he learned firsthand how essential it is to be more than just a model or a talent — to build identity, purpose, and longevity in the industry.
To support that vision, he ensures that every model at Sfagi receives access to accomplished industry professionals who are actively working at the top of their field or have completed their careers at the highest level.
